North East Way EA MT4/MT5

Admin
Article cover: North East Way EA MT4/MT5

Recommendations for using North East Way EA:

  • Minimum account balance: 500$ with leverage of 1:500 or 1000$ with leverage of 1:200
  • Trades these currency pairs: M15: AUDCAD, AUDNZD, and NZDCAD (set files included)
  • Additional currency pairs:  M15: EURGBP, EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDCAD, GBPCAD, EURCAD
  • It is recommended to run BenderFX EA V2 on an always-on VPS to achieve consistent results. We recommend a reliable forex VPS such as MyForex VPS or WeaselCloud

Editor's note: The preceding VPS recommendation names BenderFX EA V2, although this article is about North East Way EA. The source mismatch is retained rather than silently changing the product name.

North East Way EA is a fully automated pullback trading system, particularly effective on popular mean-reverting pairs: AUDCAD, AUDNZD, NZDCAD. The system trades a fundamental forex market pattern: price retracing after a sharp move in either direction.

Settings explained:

  • OneChartSetup - Runs the EA on multiple currency pairs from one chart. Separate the pairs with “,”.
  • For_magic - A prefix for a unique magic number. Must be from 0 to 99.
  • Just_one_symbol? - If true and the account has open positions, the EA does not start a new order series on another currency pair.
  • For_autolot_use - The basis the EA should use for lot size calculations: equity or balance.
  • Or_use_fix_balance - Alternatively, enter a fixed balance amount in your deposit currency.
  • AutoMM  - if> 0, the EA uses automatic money management to calculate lot size. AutoMM <= 1000 is very aggressive. AutoMM> = 5000 is conservative.
  • Fix_lot_if_AutoMM=0 - Fixed lot size for the first trade in a series.
  • Recovery_Mode  - If true, the EA closes an order series only in profit, but this may disrupt its operating logic. If false, the EA follows its normal logic and may close the series at a loss.
  • Martin_Ratio  - Martingale multiplier for an order series.
  • First_real_deal  - Higher values produce fewer but better trades.

Editor's note: The examples below retain the source's AutoММ spelling, which contains Cyrillic letters, while the parameter description above uses AutoMM. Verify the actual input name in the EA rather than copying these visually similar identifiers interchangeably.

Recommended inputs ($ 1000):

  • AUDNZD, NZDCAD, AUDCAD
  • Just one symbol? = false
  • For Autolot, use: equity
  • AutoММ = 2000
  • Recovery Mode = true
  • First Real Deal = 3

Recommended inputs ($ 5000):

  • OneChartSetup = AUDNZD, NZDCAD, AUDCAD, EURGBP * 0.5, EURUSD * 0.5 , GBPUSD * 0.5 , USDCAD * 0.5 , GBPCAD * 0.5 , EURCAD * 0.5
  • Just one symbol? = false
  • For Autolot, use: equity
  • AutoММ = 2000
  • Recovery Mode = true
  • First Real Deal = 3

Conclusions:

The robot North East Way EA is described as an established, stable trading system with average annual returns exceeding 100%. Because MT4 does not support backtesting a multi-currency system, testing must use the MT5 version or a demo account.

The EA’s demo account trading results are below:

Deposit: 1000

Pairs: 3 recommended pairs with the set files from this article, using the risk settings for $1000

Lot size: fixed at 0.01
