Terms of use

Revision of . This is a translation of the Russian version of the terms; in case of discrepancy the Russian version prevails.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By using the TradEApro website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms of use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Registration and account

You need an account to download files. It is created through Telegram in one tap: we neither ask for nor store an email or password — sign-in is confirmed by the @TradEAproBot bot. By using an account, you agree to:

  • Keep access to your Telegram — it is the only key to the account
  • Tell us immediately if access to your Telegram is lost or compromised
  • Be responsible for all actions taken from your account

3. Use of materials

All materials available on the Site, including trading robots and indicators, are provided free of charge. You may:

  • Download files for personal use
  • Use trading robots on your trading accounts
  • Modify the source code (if available)

It is prohibited to:

  • Sell or distribute the files for commercial purposes
  • Present the files as your own development
  • Use automated means for mass downloading

4. Paid service: copy trading

The only paid service of the Site is copying the trades of expert advisors that passed the selection on our demo accounts to your MT4/MT5 trading account. You pay for the infrastructure and trade execution, not for the expert advisor files or rights to them. The service is not trust management and is not an individual investment recommendation.

4.1. Plans and payment

  • One expert advisor — $10 for 30 days; all expert advisors that passed the selection — $19 for 30 days. The trial period is 7 days of copying one expert advisor to a demo account, free of charge, once per account. If you do not have a demo account, you can take the trial for $2 and we open the demo account for you. This amount is credited toward your first month if you pay for a plan within 14 days of the trial start. Either way, the trial is available once per account.
  • Payment is accepted in USDT or TON through Crypto Pay (@CryptoBot in Telegram). The invoice amount is in US dollars; you pay the equivalent in the chosen cryptocurrency at the Crypto Pay rate at the time of payment. The invoice for the first payment is valid for 1 hour.
  • We do not accept bank cards and do not receive card data. Only Crypto Pay sees payment details.

4.2. Renewal without automatic charges

  • There are no automatic charges: money is only taken when you pay an invoice yourself.
  • 3 days before the end of the period, a renewal invoice appears in your account and in a notification. If you do not pay it, copying continues for 3 more days after the end of the period (grace period) and is then paused. Paying later turns it back on.

4.3. If activation fails

  • The subscription is activated automatically once Crypto Pay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. If the copy-trading platform is unavailable at that moment, the system retries the activation every 15 minutes — you do not need to pay twice.
  • If the subscription is not activated within 24 hours after payment, message @TradEAproBot and we will sort it out.
  • The subscription period starts from activation, not from payment, so a delayed activation does not shorten the 30 days you paid for.

4.4. Selection and pauses

  • Copying is only available for expert advisors that passed the selection based on demo-account results (return, trading period, number of trades, maximum drawdown). The criteria are listed on the copy-trading page.
  • If an expert advisor’s current drawdown becomes too deep, copying its trades is paused automatically and resumes after recovery. An expert advisor that drops out of the selection is removed from the “all expert advisors” plan.
  • Questions about payment and pauses are handled through @TradEAproBot: the message goes directly to the administrator.

5. Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading on financial markets involves a high level of risk and may result in the loss of all invested funds.

We do not guarantee:

  • The profitability of trading robots
  • The absence of errors in the program code
  • Compatibility with all versions of MetaTrader
  • Uninterrupted operation of the Site

When using trading robots, you act at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

All materials on the Site, including design, logos, graphics and text content, are protected by copyright. Trading robots and indicators may have their own licenses specified in their descriptions.

7. Prohibited conduct

When using the Site, it is prohibited to:

  • Violate applicable law
  • Upload malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s systems
  • Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
  • Post offensive or inappropriate content

8. Termination of access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site without prior notice if you violate these Terms of use.

9. Changes to the terms

We may change these Terms of use; the revision date is shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the Site after the changes, you agree to the new terms. The price and terms of an already paid copy-trading period do not change until it ends.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law that is mandatory for the Site administration and for you at your place of residence. If any provision of the Terms turns out to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation — message us in Telegram and we will reply.
