1. Who processes the data

TradEApro (tradeapro.com) is a catalog of free trading expert advisors and market analysis. Data is processed by the site administration. We are a small project without a corporate structure: all questions are handled by the administrator, whom you can contact directly in Telegram — @TradEAproBot: the message reaches the administrator personally and the reply comes in the same chat. The project has no mailbox, so all requests go through the bot.

The site’s servers are located in a data center in the Netherlands — see section 7.

2. What data we collect

The complete list — we collect nothing beyond this:

• Numeric Telegram ID — if you created an account. We do not ask for a password, name or @username: the number is enough to sign in, and you cannot be found by it.
• Email — only for accounts created before August 14, 2026. Previously an email address was entered at registration. We no longer collect new addresses, and existing ones are kept for as long as the account exists. Such an address may receive service emails about the paid copy-trading subscription (payment, renewal, stop) and rare messages from the administration.
• Anonymized network address — we deliberately drop the last part of the IP (e.g. 85.140.12.0) and keep only the browser family and system (“Chrome/Windows”). The full address and the full browser string never reach the database: such a record cannot single you out among other visitors, and we only need the country and device type.
• Country and city by network address — determined at the time of the visit and stored instead of the address itself.
• Actions on the site — which pages you opened, which files you downloaded, your comments and reviews.
• Server technical logs — like any web server, ours records every request: the full network address, time, page address and browser string. These logs are needed to diagnose failures and protect against attacks; they do not reach the database and are deleted automatically after about a week.

We do not collect or request: passport data, phone number, postal address, payment details and bank card data, and, for new accounts, email. We do not send promotional emails. Paid services are paid through an external crypto service; wallet details do not reach us.

3. Why we do it

• To give you account sign-in, favorites, comments and reviews — the account does not work otherwise.
• To understand which expert advisors people look for and download, so we can grow the catalog.
• To protect against abuse: spam, manipulation and mass automated downloads.

We do not sell data, do not pass it to advertising networks and do not use it for profiling or automated decisions about you.

4. Legal grounds

• Your consent — for analytics cookies (the button in the banner).
• Performance of a contract with you — that is, providing the site features you use.
• Our legitimate interest — protecting the site from abuse and anonymized visit statistics.

5. How long we keep it

• Telegram ID and email (if one was given) — while the account exists; deleted after the account is deleted. The email can also be deleted separately while keeping the account.
• Anonymized visit and download statistics — up to 24 months.
• Comments and reviews — while published; deleted on your request.
• Server technical logs — about a week, then deleted automatically.

6. Who we share it with

There are five external recipients in total:

• Google Analytics — visit statistics. It is only loaded if you clicked “Accept all” in the cookie banner; until then its script is not loaded at all. The service sets its own cookies and receives data about your visit under its own rules. We have disabled and removed Yandex Metrica.
• Hosting provider — the site runs on its hardware.
• Telegram — sign-in, notifications and contact with the administration go through the @TradEAproBot bot.
• Brevo — the email service used to send service emails to addresses given before August 14, 2026. Only the address and the text of the email are passed to it.
• A-Ads — an advertising network whose banner appears on the site’s pages (in the catalog, on expert advisor cards, in the rating, blog and other sections). The banner is loaded from its server, so it receives the usual request data: network address, browser and page address. We pass nothing to it and do not embed its scripts on the site.

You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time: clear the site data in your browser — the banner will appear again and you can choose “Essential only”.

7. Where the data is stored

The site’s servers are located in a data center in the Netherlands. The external services from section 6 process data on their own servers and under their own rules. By using the site from any country, you agree that the data is stored and processed where these servers are located.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies store your session — sign-in does not work without them and they cannot be turned off, otherwise the site would stop recognizing you. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics, and only with your consent. Your choice in the banner is stored in your browser and is not sent to the server.

9. Your rights

At any time you can:

• find out what data of yours we have and get a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your account together with all related data;
• withdraw consent — to mailings, to analytics or to processing as a whole;
• demand that processing stop.

Message us at @TradEAproBot — we reply and fulfil the request within 10 business days, usually faster. We do not ask for identity documents: write from the same Telegram account you use to sign in.

10. Security

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, and only the administrator has access to the database. There is no absolute protection, which is why we try to store as little as possible: the less data, the lower the cost of a possible mistake.

11. Children

The site is not intended for persons under 18 and does not knowingly collect children’s data. Trading on financial markets is not an activity for children.

12. Changes

If the policy changes, we will update the revision date at the top of the page. We will announce significant changes affecting your rights through the @TradEAproBot bot.
